On Thursday 07th September Burnt Mill Academy opened its doors for the annual open evening.

Head Of School, Laura McGlashan, gave speeches to capacity audiences assisted by our head boy and girl and students from Years 7 & 8. Our Student Senior Leadership Team were tour guides for the hundreds of families whilst faculties showcased what makes Burnt Mill Academy outstanding.

Miss McGlashan said of the evening:

"It was wonderful to welcome so many families to our school. I hope you all were able to talk to students and staff and get an insight into what makes Burnt Mill outstanding. If you were unable to attend and would like a tour of the school please do get in touch.
