Burnt Mill at District Athletics Competition

On Friday 1st July students from Burnt Mill took part in a District Athletics competition. Over 50 Burnt Mill students competed, winning lots of medals. A list of top positions is below. 
 

Year 7 :

  • Roman Muizniek - 1st in Javelin
  • Ellis Hester - 1st in 100m (in a time of 12.77)
  • Asa Fletcher-Snow - 1st 200m
  •                                   - 2nd 100m
  •                                   - 2nd Long Jump
  • Alfie Collier - 1st in 800m
  • Harry Taylor - 2nd in 800m
  • Jay Kerr - 2nd in Discus
  • Relay Team - 1st
  • Emily Lunn - 1st in Hurdles

Year 8

  • Connor Ralph - 1st in shot putt
